We want our house to be a blessing to friends and family but need to cover our costs.
If you would like to use the house when it's free, please just get in touch.
A local person cleans and changes over for us on Fridays.
Friends and Family looking to use the house for weekends or short breaks, or clergy colleagues taking time on retreat - we ask £80 + £25 per night (min 2, max 7 nights).
We need to arrange cleaning and changeover on Fridays.
Basic Costs
Your main holiday?
We don't want cost to stop anyone we know using our house so just ask if you need to - but for those who'd otherwise be renting a cottage commercially for one your main holiday weeks, we let the house at about 50% of next door's commercial rate:-
£300 / week in low season
£450 / week in mid season
£650 / week in high season
Friday - Friday.
Please contact us to disucss the dates you are considering and the cost.
We'll ask for a deposit of 25% or full payment if booking within 4 weeks.
By paying we understand that you have read and accept the terms and conditions .
4 weeks before your holiday on receipt of full payment we’ll send you a welcome pack
with directions to the house and information about keys, local shops, etc.
