We want our house to be a blessing to friends and family but need to cover our costs.
If you would like to use the house when it's free, please just get in touch.
A local person cleans and changes over for us on Fridays.
To cover our costs we let our house at about half of next door's commercial rate. For 2027 we are asking:-
£400 / week in low season
£550 / week in mid season
(May, June & September,
Easter and school halfterms)
£700 / week in high season
(July & August,
Christmas & New Year)
We need to take bookings
Friday to Friday
20% Discount
We can offer colleagues living on a clergy stipend or pension a 20% discount. However we don't want cost to prevent other friends using the house, so please feel free to speak to us about this discount.
Tariff
Please contact us to disucss the dates you are considering and the cost.
We'll ask for a deposit of 25% or full payment if booking within 4 weeks.
By paying we understand that you have read and accept the terms and conditions .
4 weeks before your holiday on receipt of full payment we’ll send you a welcome pack
with directions to the house and information about keys, local shops, etc.
